Abstract
The article examines the role of folk art and national values in shaping library culture as an important component of society's spiritual and intellectual development. Special attention is paid to the library as a socio-cultural institution that ensures the preservation and transmission of national cultural heritage. Within the framework of the research, the forms and mechanisms of integrating folklore sources and national values into library activities are analyzed.The obtained results confirm the significance of folk art in the development of reading culture and the formation of sustainable cultural orientations in the younger generation.
