Abstract
This article provides an in-depth analysis of the pedagogical role of libraries in developing reading culture. Libraries are examined as significant pedagogical institutions that contribute to the intellectual, moral, and cultural development of individuals. Particular attention is paid to the integration of library activities with educational institutions, family, and society, as well as to the formation of intrinsic motivation for reading. The findings demonstrate that libraries perform educational, formative, and social functions in fostering a sustainable reading culture.
