Abstract
More than 80% of patients with a primary diagnosis of tuberculosis were diagnosed with neurotic disorders developing against the background of existential depression, depletion of internal personal resources and disorders of interpersonal relationships. The listed problem of tuberculosis, and some of the necessary solutions, have a single component, in the center of which is a specific patient, whose treatment depends on individual characteristics, with the observance of subsequent social, including labor and reproductive rehabilitation. Spouses' neuroses and resistance to stress were lower in families with tuberculosis than in healthy families in the comparison group.
