Practical Implementation of Innovative Education Cluster in the Education System

The article emphasizes the need for modern changes in the educational services market in the country, new innovative technologies. The concept of "educational cluster" is analyzed and the role of higher education in it is determined. It is concluded that the development of the cluster system of general education as an innovative management mechanism will ensure the effectiveness of the activities of each educational institution included in it. The main problems of the formation of educational clusters are identified: the ways of their solution, the formation of innovative research platforms "school-laboratory", which provide a connection between the educational process and practice in the field of fine arts, is also considered.
