TECHNOLOGY OF TEACHER PREPARATION FOR DIAGNOSTIC ACTIVITIES

Abstract
The rapid changes taking place in pedagogy have led to the fact that the problem of training a teacher of a new formation, who owns the necessary methodological apparatus, logic, methods of pedagogical diagnostics and scientific and pedagogical research, has become quite acute. The increased requirements for the level of professional training, the intensification of pedagogical work - all this leads to the need to revise and reorient teacher training. Now, not only technical and information and communication means of teaching have become in demand, but also means of pedagogical diagnostics, which are of paramount importance for scientifically grounded management of the educational process, creating conditions for effective professional activity of a teacher. Thus, the forms and technologies for regulating the educational process must correspond to the changed socio-pedagogical realities.
