CHARACTERISTICS OF CREATING A SYSTEM OF NATIONAL AND SPIRITUAL VALUES IN TRAINING FUTURE PROFESSIONALS

Abstract
The article reveals the features of creating a system of national and spiritual values in the training of future specialists. Over the years of independence, as in all spheres, great reforms have been carried out in the education of young people and their upbringing. These reforms are reflected, first of all, in instilling in the minds of young people a rich spiritual heritage, creative ideas and noble teachings of our ancestors, as well as in fostering in them the spirit of faith, devotion to the Fatherland and nobility. Ensuring that our children grow up and can serve the development of world civilization like our ancestors is a pressing challenge today. Perfection also means mental, spiritual and moral maturity of a person, mastery of his profession, the ability to form as a person, strive for the development of the Motherland, the well-being of the people, be creative and creative with noble ideas and intentions.
