Аннотация

The article analyzes the features of the professional training of young people and reveals the importance of the mentor-student relationship in the development of national crafts. Special attention is paid to the unity of folk crafts and traditions, examples from the views of Eastern thinkers are given. Social and philosophical thoughts of the peoples of Central Asia are analyzed. Particular attention was paid to the views of our ancestors on the importance of vocational training for young people, the main directions of the development of national folk crafts were studied.
