Аннотация

The article discusses the issues of organizing of information-bibliography service ofreference-library institutions. The reforms that are being implemented on the scale of our Republicregarding reference-libraries have been touched on the content-importance, perspectives and stages ofdeveloping of these processes. The issue of educational importance of libraries in the improvement of aperfect person is based on the education of young people with new ideas in Uzbekistan, including moderneducated young people.
