Аннотация
In this article, based on our mentality, girls have difficulties in developing leadership skills and developing management skills, family educators have a timely understanding of the girl's abilities, independent thinking and leadership qualities, nurturing thoughtful children, their initiative, organization, resourcefulness, perseverance, the important role of family upbringing in shaping the skills to be courageous and to approach the followers responsibly and with care, to open the doors of success not only for themselves but also for the members of the society is highlighted.
