Abstract
The effectiveness and success of education depends on the personality of a teacher and his skills in every period. Significantly, primary class teachers having perfect skills serve as the main factors in the success of esucation. For that reason, we are going to discuss the communication of primary class teachers and the ways they conduct it in education process.
