The scientific aspects of the topic "Electromagnetic Oscillations and Waves" at the Department of Electromagnetism in Physics in a comprehensive school are widely disclosed. Along with scientific aspects, the article improves students' proficiency in this topic, as well as methods for creating an impression on students in teaching this topic. The article presents several options for using dynamic computer models when explaining new data based on the appropriateness of using dynamic computer models.
