Abstract
This article describes the organization of an effective system of preschool education, aimed at bringing up the younger generation in a healthy and comprehensive maturity, the introduction of effective forms of education and upbringing in the educational process, while increasing the professional skills and experience of educators. It outlines what qualities a preschool educator should have, and what to look for when working with children.
