Аннотация
The personal factors of karateka’s mental preparedness are still poorly understood. As a review of the literature shows, the solution to this problem lags behind the demands of the times. The questions of studying the structure of mental readiness, its connection with the orientation of the individual need further development.Therefore, the aim of our study is to study the psychological determinants of the preparedness of athletes for competitions in order to improve results in competitions.
