BASIC CONDITIONS AND FACTORS INFLUENCING THE FORMATION OF MODERN UNIVERSITIES

Abstract
In the process of globalization of education, an important role is played by the study of foreign experience in the field of organization and management of higher educational institutions. A number of our scientists studied the experience of managing, financing and developing the education system of foreign countries and developed proposals for introducing advanced, effective practices in the higher education system of our country. This article presents the systematized forms of the basic conditions and factors affecting the formation of modern higher education institutions, a generalized model of modern higher education institutions, their educational, scientific and innovative, economic activities, as well as the availability of innovative infrastructure, basic conditions and views on factors were studied .
