Abstract
This article examines the interests of general education school students in cultural and spiritual values through the lens of music education. The research aims to identify the role of music in the formation of students' cultural identity and spiritual development. Various aspects of musical education are analyzed, including the influence of musical traditions, genres, and styles on the perception of cultural values. Methods for integrating music education into the school curriculum, fostering an interest in cultural and spiritual aspects of life, are also discussed. The research results highlight the importance of music as a means of self-expression and the formation of value orientations in young people.
