Annotaciya

The article studies the place and significance of the doira instrument in the system of Uzbek national instruments. The place of the doira in the traditional classification of instruments (stringed, wind, percussion), its rhythmic support and unifying role in the ensemble and orchestra are analyzed. The functional role of the doira in maqom performance, folk instrument ensembles and modern creativity is also highlighted.
