The article describes the acmeological factors of the research results related to the justification of the architectonics of the development of professional competence of managerial and pedagogical staff from higher education institutions, as well as the relationship between the content of professional activity and the training methodology. In the process of research based on such methods as empirical analysis, online survey, modeling, impact monitoring, as well as taking into account the results of short-term courses aimed at need, differentiated professional development programs, online tutor services, impact monitoring of continuous professional development and electronic portfolio, the results of introduction of such mechanisms as impact monitoring of continuous professional development are analyzed. Conclusions and recommendations were also developed to improve organizational, managerial and qualimetric mechanisms for the development of professional competence of managerial and pedagogical staff.
