ANDRAGOGICAL MODEL OF THE FORMATION OF PROFESSIONAL COMPETENCE AMONG STUDENTS OF A VOCATIONAL EDUCATIONAL INSTITUTION

Abstract
The article reveals the essence of the basic concepts of the formation of professional competence in students on the basis of the andragogical approach, the peculiarities of the process of forming professional competence. The importance of professional competence of a specialist in the modern labor market is recognized. The article also proposes the author's technology of forming students' professional competence based on the androgynous approach. The article states that one of the highest components of a person is professional competence. professional competence refers to the integral characteristics of personal and professional qualities that reflect the knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience that enable a specialist to engage in a particular type of decision-making activity.
