This article analyzes the implementation of librarianship in the public administration system in Uzbekistan, state policy aimed at developing the library network, and its regulatory and legal framework. At the same time, issues of coordinating the activities of information resource centers and libraries in the republic, introducing modern technologies into them, enriching their collections, and improving the quality of student services will be considered. The article presents scientific and analytical views on the role of public administration in the development of the library system, the importance of library services in enhancing the information culture of society, and the future of the library network.
