Abstract

Collagen was hydrolyzed for 60, 80, 90, 120 minutes to obtain a biopolymer film from the water mass with optimal physical and mechanical properties. The water mass was chosen to obtain biomaterials containing 4.8–5.5% collagen, with a hydrolysis time of 80 min. The value of viscosity [η] for collagen isolated during the 80-minute hydrolysis time was 12.35.
