Radish is a root-fruit plant, which contains vitamins and minerals necessary for the human body. The inedible part of the radish is its leaves and leaf stalks, which are thrown away as waste. The leaf and leaf stem contains some vitamins, organic acids, essential oils and macro- and microelements necessary for the human body. This article presents the results of determination of heavy metal in radish leaves and leaf stalks by dry mineralization by polarographic method.
