The article provides extensive information about the chemical composition, properties, and scope of effects of antioxidants on the body. Also, complete information about the chemical composition of harvested wheat, its useful aspects is given. Important carbohydrates of barley and wheat and their biochemical changes in aqueous medium are explained. It is said that the abundance of nutritive tissues in whole wheat cleanses the body of harmful elements and reduces the amount of sugar in the blood. For this reason, it is explained that the recovered wheat can be called a biologically active additive.
