Аннотация

This article provides information on the use of non-traditional plant sources, namely the varieties of domestic amaranth “Marhamat”, its biological indicators, components and some biologically active compounds that make up its composition, when solving the problem of feed in poultry farming. It is also described in detail in what condition to make a protein-rich feed from this plant.
