Abstract

In this article, it is observed that controversial cases arise in the classification of hydraulic "Auto crane" vehicles in 2 product headings in customs practice for importers or exporters of specialized vehicles. The theoretical basis for classifying the model LT1130 autocrane about product headings 8705 and 8426 is provided. Also, according to rules 1 and 2 of the basic rule of interpretation (BRI) of the model LT1130 autocrane, it is classified under heading 8705, subheading 8705 10.
