Abstract
In this article, in order to determine the chemical composition, medicinal properties and application in folk medicine, modern medicine and the biological activity of biologically active substances of the Japanese safflower (lat. Styphnolóbium japónicum) and Lupine (lat. Lupus) found in Uzbekistan, the antioxidant activity of this plant was determined by the method of adrenaline autooxidation in vitro. The purpose of determining antioxidant activity is to create a biologically active food additive from a mixture of these two plants and apply it in practice.
