Abstract
Alcoholic extraction of the surface part of Tribulus macropterus Boiss. the plant was carried out. The sum of obtained substances was successively fractionated with extraction gasoline, chloroform, ethyl acetate, and n-butanol. Three compounds were isolated from the ethylacetate fraction of the alcoholic extract and one compound from the n-butanol fraction of the alcoholic extract. The structure of these substances was studied using 1H NMR and 13C NMR-spectroscopy methods. As a result of studying their structure by physical methods, it was confirmed that ferulic acid, kaempferol, quercetin, and rutin compounds were isolated from the plant.
