In the article, the distribution areas of the quince plant, the incomparable role of the quince leaf in strengthening human health, the chemical composition and biological significance of vitamins, several instructions for the treatment of many diseases in modern medicine and folk medicine also, information on determination of the amount of phenolic compounds in quince leaves by the HPLC method and discussion of the obtained results is provided.
