Abstract

This article provides some information about varicose veins, synthetic drugs used in the treatment of varicose veins in modern medicine, and their effect on the body. It also describes one of the natural remedies used in the treatment of this disease in folk medicine—flavonoids and vitamins contained in raw (unripe) tomatoes. The results of a quantitative study are also described.
