Annotaciya

This article presents the results of quantitative and qualitative analysis of phenolic compounds in extracts of common Hypericum scabrum and Calendula officinalis plants growing in the territory of Uzbekistan. The main research method used was high-performance liquid chromatography (HPLC), which allowed determining the composition and amount of biologically active substances. The analyses carried out using HPLC enabled precise and reliable quantification of phenolic compounds in the extracts Hypericum scabrum and Calendula officinalis. The high sensitivity, separation efficiency, and reproducibility of the method demonstrated its reliability and optimality for qualitative determination of phenolic compounds. The strong antioxidant and anti-inflammatory properties of phenolic compounds enhance their importance in medicine and pharmaceuticals.
