Annotaciya

This study evaluated the anti-inflammatory activity of Helba (Trigonella foenum-graecum) seed extract under in vivo conditions. Experiments were performed using an acute exudative inflammation model induced by subplantar administration of carrageenan. The study involved eight male and female rats weighing 159 ± 17.9 g. Anti-inflammatory effects were assessed at 1–5 hours and 24 hours after inflammation induction. Antiproliferative and antiexudative activities were determined using the cotton pellet granuloma model. The results demonstrated a statistically significant reduction in edema and exudate formation, confirming the pronounced anti-inflammatory potential of Helba seed extract.
