Аннотация

This article describes methods for determining the amount of macro- and microelements in berries of Rubus idaeus L. (raspberry) and Rubus caesius L. (blue blackberry) grown in the Fergana district of the Fergana region, collected in the autumn season. To determine the amount of chemical elements, the method of optical emission spectrometry with inductively coupled plasma was used. According to the results of the study, it was found that the sample contains more elements such as potassium, magnesium, phosphorus and sodium than other elements.
