STUDY OF ANTIRADICAL ACTIVITY OF HYRERICUM PERFORATUM l, URTICA DIOICA l, ARTEMISIA ABSINTHIUM l AND HERBS

Abstract
This article is devoted to the study of the antiradical activity of Hyrericum perforatum l, Urtica dioica l, Artemisia absinthium l plants. Samples prepared from the above-ground parts of the plants were analyzed spectrophotometrically, and the results of the study were presented by the method of 2,2-diphenyl-1-picrylhydrozyl (DPPH ) free radical scavenging. The analysis of mixtures in six different ratios (1 :1:1 , 3 : 1 : 1 , 1 :3: 1, 1 : 1 :3 , 3:2:1, 2 : 3 :1 ,) showed that the highest inhibition rate was 76.17 % . Hyrericum perforatum l, Urtica dioica l, Artemisia absinthium l was observed in a 1 :1:1 mixture. The assays were performed at 25, 50, 75, 100 μl , and the degree of inhibition increased with increasing concentration. The results obtained confirm the biological activity and efficacy of this mixture.
