Strategic decision-making under uncertainty in educational organizations

Abstract
Modern educational organizations operate in highly uncertain environments influenced by economic instability, technological transformation, policy reforms, and global crises. Under such conditions, strategic decision-making becomes essential for maintaining organizational sustainability and effectiveness. This article examines the role of strategic management and decision-making under uncertainty in educational organizations. The study focuses on the challenges educational managers face, including financial risks, technological changes, and administrative uncertainty. Using a qualitative literature review approach, the article analyzes modern management theories and organizational strategies that help educational institutions adapt to changing environments. The findings show that flexible leadership, strategic planning, risk management, and effective communication improve organizational resilience and decision-making quality.
