Abstract
Stress is a non-specific reaction of the body to various extreme factors, which can be influenced by emotional, social, physical, informational and other factors as stress factors. From a functional and morphological point of view, stress manifests itself as a general adaptation syndrome, which mobilizes the body's resources in an orderly manner to maintain homeostasis.
