The article is dedicated to studying the problem of anxiety among individuals affected by domestic violence. Nowadays, the increasing occurrence of domestic violence in society, particularly violence in marital relationships, is considered one of the most widespread psychological factors that lead to a decrease in the overall quality of life and the development of various mental and nervous disorders due to the high levels of anxiety. In modern psychological practice, cognitive-behavioral therapy is considered one of the most effective approaches, and the author demonstrates the effectiveness of these therapy techniques when working with individuals affected by domestic violence
