Abstract

This article analyzes the importance of ensuring equal rights and opportunities for women and men in labor relations, as well as socio-legal aspects, international legal requirements and the experiences of foreign countries are highlighted. Problems hindering the increase of the share of women in the labor market in Uzbekistan are shown, and among them, to the issue of discrimination in the workplace is given special attention
