Abstract

This article reveals the legal basis of military social work, active forms of social and legal protection of military personnel, and basic guarantees of their social rights. The concept of «guarantees» is defined as a set of objective and subjective factors, conditions and tools aimed at realizing the social rights of military personnel and their family members
