Abstract
Violations of autoregulation after ischemic stroke led to a violation of the quality of life. This is due to the fact that repeated stroke has a greater severity, which cannot be eliminated. The results of the Kerdo index require correction, as they indicate a predominance of the tone of the sympathetic system. It was found that the impaired autoregulation of the brain after an ischemic stroke depends on the location of the ischemic focus, and not on its size. The SF-36 study conducted in patients with impaired autoregulation after stroke revealed a decrease in all subscales, which requires measures to improve the quality of life in these patients.
