Abstract
Arterial hypertension is one of the most common and fatal diseases in the world, including in our republic. When chronic obstructive pulmonary disease is accompanied by arterial hypertension and is accompanied by renal dysfunction, such a comorbid condition has a very negative impact on the general condition of patients and accelerates mortality.
