A key objective of modern dentistry is the early detection of dental diseases. Various periodontitis risk assessment (PRA) methods have been proposed, which serve as tools for assessing the risk of disease progression in specific patient categories.Regression models based on identifying risk indicators and assessing the relationships between aggravating risk factors for periodontitis are widely used to address this issue. By identifying factors that significantly influence the severity of the disease, models are developed to assess the risk of disease progression, which are particularly effective in patients with comorbid periodontitis associated with aggravating risk factors.Research objective: to develop a method for predicting the risk of developing periodontitis and its severity in patients with inflammatory bowel disease.Based on individual anamnestic, clinical, and laboratory characteristics, "Personalized models of the probability of periodontitis development and severity in patients with ulcerative colitis and Crohn's disease" were developed. The sensitivity of the model for the probability of periodontitis development and severity in patients with ulcerative colitis was Se = 94.74%; specificity - Sp = 90.90% and overall accuracy = 92.68%. For Crohn's disease, Se = 91.43%; specificity - Sp = 93.31% and overall accuracy = 93.44%.
