Annotatsiya

The article is devoted to the procedure and legal basis for the use of mobile phones and smartphones by students in educational institutions of the Republic of Uzbekistan, the beneficial and harmful aspects of mobile phones and smartphones for students, regulatory legal documents regulating the use of these devices in educational institutions, as well as the procedures established in them and rules are described. The issues of liability of violators are analyzed.
