The interaction of the state, society, and the human factor in social protection of low-income families

Abstract
This article provides a philosophical analysis of the development of the social protection system for low-income families in Uzbekistan, focusing on state policy, the interaction of civil society institutions, and individual roles in this sphere. The author emphasizes the state’s role as a guarantor, the solidarity of society based on moral and ethical values, the importance of social justice, equality, opportunity creation, and the necessity for the development of innovative and IT-based mechanisms of socialprotection. The article attempts to present the modern Uzbek experience in alignment with theoretical foundations.
