Abstract
The increasing prevalence of breast diseases worldwide underscores the importance of studying their epidemiological characteristics. According to the World Health Organization (WHO), approximately 5 million people die from breast cancer annually, with this figure showing a progressive increase each year. Moreover, the results of large-scale preventive programs reveal that benign breast pathologies are observed in 60% of women under the age of 40, while in the 41–50 age group, the incidence of benign breast dysplasia rises to up to 86% (Burdina L.M., 2000).
