Аннотатсия
Purpose: The duration of the operation decreased by 27% (112±14 min versus 153±18 min, p<0.001), blood loss - by 32% (95±20 ml versus 140±25 ml, p<0.01). The frequency of effectiveness decreased by 2.6 times (7% versus 18%, p<0.05). The Whitaker I-II cosmetic result reached 90% versus 71% (p<0.05).Conclusion: Preoperative MSCT is a highly effective method that increases diagnostic accuracy, optimizes surgical tactics, reduces intraoperative risks, and improves clinical and cosmetic results in children with craniosynthosis, justifying its routine use.
