Prevention of family conflicts: A Study of Legal Bases, preventive measures, and resolution mechanisms

In Uzbekistan, the mechanisms for identifying conflict-prone families and resolving family conflicts are currently being improved. The purpose of this study is to identify existing challenges within this system and propose ways to address them. The research involved the analysis of legal documents, statistical data, international best practices, expert opinions, and the results of sociological studies. The findings reveal that a shortage of qualified specialists, cultural stereotypes (including public indifference and the reinforcement of negative gender norms), and weaknesses in interdepartmental coordination negatively impact the effectiveness of efforts to detect and resolve family conflicts
