Abstract

In dual-career families, the distribution of gender roles often leads to husbands and wives striving to perform various functions, which can sometimes result in conflicts and stressful situations in their relationships. The challenges of simultaneously managing various duties and activities within the family, as well as excessive workload, necessitate making numerous decisions to fulfill both work and family obligations in a timely manner. Some of these decisions affect the overall well-being of the family. Many families face the need to combine their economic and emotional resources in the process of performing various types of activities
