Аннотатсия
The article presents modern possibilities for neurovisualization in tumors of functionally significant areas of the brain in children, emphasizing their role in preoperative planning and improving the effectiveness of neurosurgical intervention. Special attention has been paid to multispiral computed tomography (MSCT), magnetic resonance imaging (MRI), functional MRI (fMRI), diffusion-tensor imaging (DTI), and tractography as key methods for accurate tumor localization near vital brain structures. A clinical analysis of the case of a voluminous formation in the functional zone of the brain in a child was conducted, where the use of complex neuroimaging allowed not only to verify the nature of the damage but also to determine the optimal and safe surgical approach with a minimal risk of functional deficits. The obtained data emphasize the importance of integrating high-tech visualization methods into the routine clinical practice of neurosurgeons, especially when working with children, where anatomical and functional relationships are particularly pronounced.
