Ганжиев Фаррух Хайриллоевич, Хамдамов Бахтиёр Зарифович
Annotaciya
Traumatic liver injury is one of the most serious forms of abdominal trauma, associated with high blood loss, coagulopathy, and the development of life-threatening complications. This literature review analyzes current data on the epidemiology of liver injury, including the prevalence of blunt and penetrating injuries, age and gender characteristics of patients, and the main causes of injury. Particular attention is paid to the clinical and pathological consequences of liver injury: the development of hemorrhagic shock, coagulation disorders, the risk of infectious complications, and post-traumatic liver failure. This review highlights current trends in patient management, including non-surgical and surgical treatment, as well as the role of hemostatic agents and bleeding control methods. The presented data highlight the need for a comprehensive approach to the diagnosis and treatment of traumatic liver injury to reduce mortality and improve patient prognosis.
