Аннотация

When considering the concept of leadership, it is necessary to understand the ability of a person to influence a person, a group of people, focusing on achieving common goals. Explaining this as a natural process of a socio-psychological type, in which personal authority is used to influence the activities of group members. The leader influences the team, formingbehavior that makes changes in the system of relations. The leader and his behavior, habits stand out from the rest, as a result of which confidence is demonstrated, readiness to manage the team, taking responsibility for decisions and the outcome of activities.
