QUALITY OF MEDICAL DOCUMENTATION AND REDUCTION OF CONFLICTS IN DENTAL PRACTICE

Abstract

The article analyzes the relationship between the quality of medical documentation in dental practice and the quality of the patient's route and the number of disagreements. The study showed that as the level of documentation increases, the patient's route indicator also increases. A positive correlation was also revealed between the legal training of doctors and the habit of record keeping.
